Galvanized Aluminum Magnesium Production Line
The Company has introduced technology from South Korean for a series of substrate deep processing,such as annealing reduction,hot dip galvanizing,deep finishing,plate shape correction,and surface treatment etc. The heating furnace adopts the in-line annealing technology of Senkimier method.The German West Markfonden air knife that is equipped with the on-line coating thickness measuring instrument for accurately control of the zinc layer.The automatic control of the production line is all completed through the Siemens S7-1500 control system,realizing a series of advanced technologies such as automatic welding and ensuring the continuity of production.
